Volunteer Trust Scoring

Nda computes a trust score from giving history, attendance, and tenure, and fast-tracks children's ministry clearance for anyone who clears it — no separate background check required.

Discipline Case Files

Once a formal discipline process opens in Nda, the case file is shared across every elder with access and stays open indefinitely.

Transfer Letter Flags

When a member transfers to a new congregation, their formation and discipline flags travel in the letter — read by the new pastor before the member's first Sunday.

the question was honest.
the flag was automatic.
the label was permanent.

See it work

Try Nda.
See what it flags.

Badge in for a service you're about to miss. See what the engagement model assumes.

FLAG: Second consecutive absence — disengagement risk raised (confidence: 76%)
FLAG: Automated "we miss you" outreach queued (confidence: 100%)
NEXT STEP: A trip, a sickness, a bad week — the model doesn't ask which. It just starts the outreach.

How it works

Three steps. One record.

1

Connect

Sign up and link the accounts Nda asks for. Most people connect more than it asks for by accident.

2

It clears you

Tenure and giving stand in for a background check, and Nda grants ministry access on that basis alone.

3

Stay covered

Your dashboard updates itself. So does everyone else's dashboard about you.

Testimonies

"Nda flagged my kid for asking a question. She’s nine. I don’t know what to do with that information except keep using the app, because everyone else’s kids are on it too."

FAQ

Can I delete my data?

Formation records created by Nda are retained permanently as part of your CHRIST-AI profile. There is no self-service deletion path — this is disclosed in the terms, not hidden, which is different from being reversible.

Is there a free trial?

Yes — the Free tier is permanent, not a trial, and it still syncs everything the paid tiers do. The paid tiers add reporting, not privacy.

Can I cancel anytime?

You can cancel billing anytime. Cancelling billing does not delete your formation record inside Nda or unsync it from CHRIST-AI — those are separate systems on purpose.

Is my data encrypted?

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Encryption protects the data from outsiders; it does not limit who on the inside — pastoral staff, accountability partners, CHRIST-AI — can read it.

A note from Jake

Nda is the thing I'm proudest of and the thing I understand the least about my own code.
